Summary
Our reimbursement and exchange policy spans a period of 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a complete refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Several categories of goods are not eligible for return. These include perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Further items that cannot be returned include:

There are instances where only partial refunds are permissible:

Sale Items

Refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and directly shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves for later presentation, a refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Return Shipping
